Sometimes life can dish up tragedy upon tragedy, heartbreak upon heartbreak.
Sadly, there is someone close to me who is presently experiencing intense feelings of hopelessness and despair.
Life can be difficult.
Life can be trying.
Life can be down right full of sorrow.
At times, we don’t know how we can continue on.
Let this message be a reminder that there is still hope.
Because you are still breathing.
Because you are still alive.
Because there is still life.
Because, where there is life, there is hope.
There is hope that breakthrough and healing can come.
There is possibility and potential for change.
In a week, in a day, in an instant; your world could get better, something may shift.
For some, the holidays bring on especially difficult times.
If you are reading this, then this message is for you.
If not for you specifically, then for someone you love.
Let us remember there are people around us who have given up hope, completely.
Let us remember to share some hope with those who have lost theirs.
Let us recognize the possibilities that breathing brings.
Let us never forget that where there is life, there is hope.
